A Day in Our Favorite City: Zaragoza

Whenever friends visit, we always make a day of it in Zaragoza—one of our absolute favorite cities. There’s something about the mix of history, architecture, and local flavor that keeps us coming back.

We start by exploring the incredible story behind the discovery and restoration of the palace. Walking through its halls, it’s easy to get lost in the layers of history and the craftsmanship that has been preserved so beautifully.

From there, we usually wander to the Plaza del Pilar, taking in the stunning views of the basilica and the lively energy of the square. Whether it’s admiring the architecture or just people-watching, it’s a moment that always feels special.

And of course, no visit is complete without a tapas crawl in El Tubo. From classic favorites to little hidden gems, tasting our way through the narrow streets is always a highlight. Every bite is a reminder of why we love sharing this city with friends.
